Review of Damn Vape Fresia RTA

Review of Damn Vape Fresia RTA

Today on the review we will have a very interesting novelty for fans of 20mg salts and cigarette draw, as well as for regular vapers, from Damn Vape company, which had just a terrible debut. The guys have worked very hard on their mistakes and you can see that they tried very hard, as their new product turned out to be incommensurably better than the first drip. The tank is called Fresia” RTA.

Fresia” RTA is a single-coil” tank with both MTL and DTL puffing capabilities, which gives it an undeniable advantage in the form of atomizer versatility” over other RTA tanks.

Package:

Fresia” RTA

2 drip tips (for MTL and DTL)

Slotted screwdriver

Spare screws and orings

Spare bubble glass

User Manual

The package is quite standard for our time. australian vape The manufacturer has a special respect for the presence of driptips for each type of puff.

Design.

I will assure you that I will not say a single negative review about the design of the device, it looks very concise, neat and stylish. At the top is a 510 driptip made of delrin, then comes the tank lid with very nice notches that allow you to easily open the tank for refueling. Even lower is the glass (or bubble glass) under which you can see a very neat and unobtrusive Fresia engraving on the dome. Next comes the ring of airflow adjustment, which has two 0.5-1mm protrusions with notches, for a more” easy and” comfortable airflow adjustment, I would say that too easy. And at the very bottom, invisible to the eye, there is a 510 connector, not adjustable and, unfortunately, not gold-plated. For fans of MTL mechanics there is also good news. The connector sticks out very well for use with hybrid connectors. There are not many color options, only 4.

The technical part.

And here is where the most interesting part starts, but first the general information.

The body is made of stainless steel, the seating diameter of the tank is 22mm, and the bubble glass will increase the maximum diameter of the tank to 26mm. The height of the tank without the drip tip is 40mm.” The driptips are made of delrin. MTL driptip has an inner diameter of 4mm, DTL 6mm. In order to avoid visual dissonance I would not recommend to put your driptips with external (seating) diameter more than 12mm, because in this case there will be a step.

Under the tank cap, which unscrews after 2 full revolutions, which is not a little, there are two huge holes for filling. But the most important holes are very strongly recessed in the body, so you can safely pour from a bucket without worrying that something will spill. The volume of the tank is 2ml, and with the bubble glass 3.5ml. In general, the volume is quite sufficient for both MTL and DTL modes of operation.

The inner diameter of the dome of the evaporation chamber is 15mm and has a poorly realized but spherical treatment. The inner diameter of the shaft is 5mm. Together these two parameters give a very good influence on flavor transfer.

The base is just perfect and does not give me any complaints. It is very simple and easy to maintain. We have two racks with one coil properly secured. Despite the included slotted screwdriver, the screws can also be tightened with a Phillips screwdriver.” On the sides of the racks have stoppers, but the “fuzd” on two cores will fit here, and the distance from the racks to the dome is large enough not to cut the legs of the coil flush. In the center is the bottom air hole, which will be discussed later, which has edges with a cut edge in the shape of the coil. When I saw these cuts, I immediately thought that the winding should be pressed as close to the air hole as possible, this should improve the flavor transfer a little bit.
