The device is from a fairly simple series, so it is devoid of controls, activated by puffing. Thanks to the proprietary chipset, the working power is set automatically depending on the resistance of the installed cartridge. Novo 2X Device Battery Pack

The company produces several series of devices of such format, and one of them in particular demand among vapers, is Novo line, which is regularly replenished. Having decided to change and improve the popular Novo 2 device, the developers presented SMOK Novo 2X Kit, which has no dramatic differences from the previous version, but it is still interesting and popular.

The company did not change much the design of SMOK Novo 2X Kit, and decided to keep it almost the same as its predecessor – a neat rectangle with rounded corners and edges. At the same time, the designers offer ten original colors and performances, among which you can find both traditional and non-standard solutions. The device is small – 97*24,5*14,5 mm, so it will be a little larger than a standard flash drive.

SMOK Novo 2X Kit is powered by a built-in 800 mAh battery, the autonomous time of which depends directly on the resistance of the installed cartridge and the operating power. The battery is charged using the now standard USB Type-C connector, located on the bottom end of the device, with 0.7A current, so the time it takes to charge the battery will be about an hour.

Eventhough SMOK Novo 2X Kit belongs to the simple series; it has an automatic power selection depending on the resistance of the installed cartridge. The power when the resistance is less than 0,7 Ohm will be 12-20 watts, and if the resistance is higher than 0,7 Ohm, it will be 4-14 watts. In order to allow the vaper to monitor the battery level, there is a small LED on the side of the device, which changes its color depending on how charged the battery is.

Novo 2X POD cartridge

Smok developers decided not to deviate from the existing tacit rules among manufacturers regarding the unification of consumables, so the SMOK Novo 2X Kit is designed to install any cartridges Novo and Novo 2 series. This solution is very interesting because the vaper can easily find the consumables.

In addition to using Novo and Novo 2 cartridges in this device you can install a specially designed version of Novo 2X, made on the grid, so that the vaper will have no problems with flavor transfer. Developers have provided the ability to adjust blowing, implemented with a small slider located on the front panel.

Filling the cartridge is simple – you need to remove the nozzle and pour 2 ml of liquid into the hole provided with a check valve.

To say that SMOK Novo 2X Kit is particularly different from its predecessors is difficult, because the changes made are minimal. But this does not mean that the device is inconvenient or impractical, on the contrary – it is self-contained, versatile, simple and reliable.
